Unidentified feeling

I am sometimes experiencing a weird emotion I can't describe. This emotion only appears under special circumstances. It has the same feeling nostalgia, but nostalgia is longing for the past. It is something like calmness, but calmness is about feeling no irritating emotions. Maybe it is closer to interest. Yes, this is the closest I can.
I had to find a name for this emotion, but there was none. So I made one - REV, short for Revelations. While I was naming this, I was browsing articles of Ragnarök and the Book of Revelations.
The ''special circumstances'' I mentioned before are clear. The most important factor is the setting. It has to be in the late evening or night. The place is not really important - the city, the outskirts, the village or a forest. Old structures, especially those from the gothic era, are great. Illumination should be minimum (street lamps are okay). It is greater if the skies are clear and the moon is bright. I usually get this in winter because the days are shorter.
I am actively searching for pictures holding this emotion, but I have decided to make some myself in the future. I'll maybe post them on this blog.

Dear world, I must confess something.

I like anime. My favorite are Rozen Maiden, Code Geass, CLANNAD, Nanoha, Chobits, Hellsing, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu. I also like many visual novels, like Fate/Stay Night and ToHeart2.
There is another thing. I like the drawing style and art, but I don't watch anime regularly. In truth, I only watched Code Geass R2 (from episode 14 forth) and all the OVAs. I read all the summary on Omni's blog.
In truth, I am only after the pictures. I like worksafe and quality pictures. Fanservice is not (always) welcome. I have 2552 pictures altogether.

Hello, dear visitors, this is my first post in my very first blog.
Let me introduce myself.

Who are you?
I am an unusual person.

Explain.
I am interested in science, video games and politics to a lesser degree. I get bored easily and I don't really have hobbies. I like cloudy and rainy weather and I hate sunny weather. My taste for music is also strange - I like classical, industrial and symphonic metal, techno, alternative rock and Slovenian and Austrian national music. I am right-handed, but I do many things with my left hand, like typing this post. I also may be a hypomaniac.

How do you spend most of your time?
I like to write stories with an original setting and original characters. I also like to lurk on websites, like Youtube, Wikipedia and sometimes Quizilla. Sometimes I go to the local library and get a book about psychology or chemistry. Currently I am working on a big project - a long story.

Why is you alias Gawain?
I was reading articles of the Knights of the Round Table while I was creating this blog. I also like his character. I could also be Tristan or Percival. I decided to discard my old nickname (I was using it for three years).

Why do you blog?
I was bored and I said to myself - ''I'll make a blog''. I'd also like to share my ideas and opinions with the web.
